How do I create an account?

1. Click the "create account" at the top right corner of our website.

2. Finish the information required in the form and click I AGREE then SUBMIT to complete registration.

4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and you can login immediately.

How do I change my information?

1. This can be done by accessing MY ACCOUNT shown on the top of the screen after you have logged in

2. Scroll down the page you will see View or change my account information where you are able to edit your information.

Order Process

How do I Process an order?

1. Choose the desired items and place them into your shopping card.

2. Put in the necessary information on the following page.

3. Choose the payment method you want and click "continue checkout" and "confirm the order" in next page.

4. An order confirmation will be sent to your email address after you finish the payment online.

5. You will be able to view your orders on the top side of MY History.

 

*To ensure the security of your credit card, please DO NOT offer your credit card information to the vendors. Instead use our convenient payment system that is connected with PayPal which guarantees the protection of all your personal information.

What is the minimum order amount required for purchase?

- The minimum required order amount is 10 pieces. 

 

Return Policy

 

What is the return policy?

1 Cancel the order

Please inform us before we have dispatched the goods to you?otherwise we can not cancel the order for you.

2 Exchange / refund

Please contact us by email within 5 business days after the receipt and explain the reason why you want to return your item, we will reply you promptly and instruct where you should return.

3. You must send the package back at your own expense to our warehouse in Asia together with providing us a tracking number. And the returned item must be in new and unused condition.

4. Exchange and refund will be worked after the receipt of the goods.
